Position Overview
Corporate Transparency Act Filing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be the front line in assisting Business Owners and Tax Professionals with their online filing needs.
This role requires a blend of skills in customer service, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our services and the Corporate Transparency Act.
Client Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
Problem Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Process Management: Guide customers through the filing process, ensuring a seamless and secure experience. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and share it with our team to continuously improve our service. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new systems and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer service excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
